River of Love
$15.00
River of Love
Executive Producer: Buzz Knott
Produced by Carroll Brown and Larry Jefferies for Oceansong Records
This is my flagship disc, produced at great expense of time and money in Nashville, TN, using some of Nashville's premier studio players along with our ACE Basin band. Our band, Carroll Brown with ACE Basin, represents our own brand of "Country and Eastern", South Carolina lowcountry music. It was finished in 1999 and released literally worldwide through our supporting labels and promoters in Nashville. Most of the copies printed were sent to radio programmers and several cuts were played around the US and in Europe, though it never "took off". Since its release, much has changed, and we've lost several bandmates and our investor, Buzz Knott, to cancer and other illnesses. This re-release is a tribute to our great friends lost, and makes this project now available to the general public.
Songs on this CD: River of Love, All My Old Flames Put Me Out, Nautical Mile, Jamokka Shake, Footloose And Nancy Free, Haven't We Loved Somewhere Before, She Won't Settle for Less Than Love, Baby Came Back Home, Southern Man, Jump On It, If You've Already Said Goodbye, Uh Uh (You Can't Do That), Til Then, Get Off That Flippin' Phone And Drive, and On My Butt. $15.00
